PARTS CLEANING MACHINES
To meet the demands of cleaning and degreasing of components in the manufacturing industry, Apiel creates cleaning euipments with a high degree of automation to be integrated in production lines. Apiel manufactures metal cleaning equipments with water jet under pressure. The spray nozzles can be fixed or mobile. The parts cleaning machine are placed in an automated production line upstream or downstream of machine tools. The cleaning machines retain the parts to be cleaned, sorted, so they can easily be used by machines for further processing.
The washing water can be hot, cold, and also mixed with solvents. Upon completion of the wash cycle, parts can be dried with a jet of pressurized air.
Typical uses of our metal cleaning euipments are:
- removal of chips and debris from mechanical parts to be subjected to further processing
- removal of oil or emulsion from finished parts
- removal of liquids or solids on particular to be subjected to further processing to avoid contamination of refrigerants or working fluids
The nozzles are mounted on mobile carriages or wrist of the robot Cartesian axes 2,3,4 or 5, in order to reach hidden areas and spray the jet, in the exact direction of washing.
The washing fluid can reach pressures up to 150 bar. To ensure high reliability of our systems, we use particular piston pumps that can work with various types of additives and temperatures up to 80 °.
