WRAPPING MACHINE FOR DOORS AND PANELS
The stretch wrap machines for doors and panels allow you to wrap products, with stretch film.
The machine consists of a frame with two rotating heads at the ends, and a group reel holder.
The rotating heads, are one fool and one motorized.
Heads have the clamps firmly to lock the doors or panels to be placed in rotation.
The motorized head, can rotate to make the wrapping of the door;
in case of overload, a safety device stops the rotation.
The distance between the heads can vary to allow you to work, doors with different heights.
The machine is used for final assembly of the doors (glass application, handles locks etc..)
And for the final stretch film wrapping.
A control panel checks for the presence of the door and allows the start of the rotation only if the arrests are inserted.
From the panel you can set the rotation to be carried out during assembly and controlled with a button.
Also from the operator panel you can set the parameters for the wrapping.
The machine has a reel carrier trolley, which carries the stretch film: the film tension is adjustable.
To wrap film on the door, the operator must adhere the film at the door before starting the rotation.
The door begins to rotate and rotates once (variable panel) before the trolley begins to translate back and forth to wrap the whole door.
All speeds are adjustable from the panel, as well as the number of passes.
The wrapping programs, can be stored and recalled at a later time.
The machine has protections that ensure the operator when from the door comes off a component
(eg the fall of the glass is not attached to the frame).

The filling is made from top or bottom with Cartesian. Systems using Siemens S7-300 PLC with HMI.
In addition to systems and complete turnkey lines, we can supply components for plants and packaging lines with cardboard.

- Vertical cartons warehouses, with pneumatic stepper feed
- Grippers 2 and 4 jaw for the grip of the product to be inserted in the boxes (go to product page)
- Cartesian robots from 2 to 6 axes medium size for the insertion of the product in the boxes
- Boxes centering elements (funnels) to lock the boxes and facilitate the insertion of the product
- Forming groups for bonding trays.
- Closure and bonding units for american format boxes.
