PALLET CONVEYORS
Apiel manufactures idle or driven conveyors for pallets. Our range of products includes 3 types of roller conveyors and a chain conveyor. The rollers for pallets can be idler to manually move the pallet with its load. We produce two types of motorized rollers: roller conveyors for moving the empty pallet and roller conveyoers to move the pallet with the load. We can create complex systems for feeding one or more palletizers from a single centralized pallet warehouse.
CHAIN PALLET CONVEYOR
This type of conveyor is used whenever you need to move the pallet in a direction in which the surface does not guarantee the minimum size to be able to roll on rollers. An example are the pallets Europallet, when translate this with the larger front running have a dimension of support (longitudinal dimension of the three panels) of about 120mm. This dimension does not allow the safe rolling of the pallet on the roller. In these conditions is used conveyor chain that provides continuous support on three lines. The chain runs on steel rails inside case made of bent sheet metal. Using the three chains ensures the safety of transport, avoiding the danger of tipping over and allowing the transport of pallets also damaged.

ROLLER CONVEYORS FOR PALLETS WITH LOAD
Handling of pallets with "lines of support" sufficiently large.
The main features are:
- Rollers diameter 76 pitch 150
- Transmission with 3/4 " chain tangential
- Standard versions with coaxial gearmotors Bonfiglioli.
- Ability to create bi-directional conveyor
ROLLER CONVEYORS FOR EMPTY PALLETS
Typology of product similar to the conveyor for pallet with load. Given the low load, the structure is lighter than the model for filled pallets, the pace of the rollers is large, and the rolls are lighter.
The main features are:
- Rollers diameter 76 pitch 250.
- Transmission with 5/8" chain tangential
- Coaxial gearmotor "C" series Bonfiglioli.
- Possibility to make two-way conveyor.
IDLE ROLLER CONVEYORS
This type of product, and used with pallets weighing not very high (up to 250 kg) to allow handling by a single operator.
The support structure of the roller is made of sheet metal 30/10. Diameter, length and pitch of the rollers varies according to application.
LINES FOR HANDLING PALLETS
We can realize automatic distribution of pallets to the loading bays. We make handling lines for filled pallets. The wide availability of accessories such as arrests, centering, corners, etc.. allow the construction of conveyor lines also very complex.
Possibilities realization are:
- Automated pallet warehouse.
- Rotate pallet to create curves in transport.
- Ability to build feed lines to one or more palletizers.
- Complete supply of electrical board and eventual control software, on Siemens or Omron PLC.
