PALLETIZER AND END OF LINE
Apiel produces 3 or 4-axis Cartesian Palletizers; with our production of conveyor we are able to make complete end-line. To satisfy the needs of customers we build systems to customer specification.
The models available are 15:
- Cartesian Standards Palletizer, 3 or 4 axes for singleX, double or triple bay. Ability to handle both the pallet and the interlayer.
- Catesian Compact Palletizer: vertical space-saving, 3 or 4 axis for single, double or triple bay. Ability to handle both the pallet and the interlayer.
- Cartesian Portal Palletizer: multi-bay, 3 or 4 axes. Ability to manage a large number of stations for palletising. Ability to handle both the pallet and the interlayer.
- Cartesian Open Palletizer: multi-bay.
- Scara Palletizer in two models. High productivity and high load capacity.
The productivity of palletizers, up to 15 taken per minutes. The palletizers equipped with brushless servo motors are controlled by Omron CJ1 PLC or Siemens S7300. The palletizers with induction motors use Omron PLC CJ1M.

CARTESIAN STANDARD PALLETIZER
High-speed machine consisting of a tubular steel frame over which moves a portal Cartesian robot with 3 or 4 axes. Made in 5 different models: the vertical axis may be telescopic to reduce the vertical dimension. The machine is characterized by its high speed and the perimeter is completely free of mechanical parts. This feature allows you to have maximum freedom in creating the layout of conveyor lines. The highest productivity is 15 taken per minute. One of the 5 models is a cheaper version made with three-phase induction motors and inverters.

CARTESIAN COMPACT PALLETIZER
Machine consisting of a tubular steel frame within which moves a Cartesian robot with 3 or 4 axes. The robot does not protrude from the frame, allowing to have a vertical dimension rather content. The machine is made of 6 different models depending on the number palletizing of bays and orientation of the pallet. The machine is characterized by having one of the two long sides cluttered by the vertical axis of the robot. This characteristic limits the freedom in developing the layout of the lines and is therefore preferable in cases where the reduced vertical dimension is binding. The highest productivity is 12 taken per minute. One of the 6 models is a cheaper version made with three-phase induction motors and inverters. One of the 6 models is a heavy version with a wrist load capacity up to 90Kg (including gripper).

MULTI BAY PALLETIZER
The palletizer multi-bay is used when there is a need to deposit the product on 4 or more pallets.
You can have multiple lines enslaved by the same machine.
The product on the lines may not be uniform through automatic recognition systems,
the machine can sort the product on the assigned pallet.
This type of machines can be used to palletize a product on two pallets:
completed the deposition on a pallet, start with the second.
This solution avoids the downtime for the evacuation of the pallet
and simultaneously avoid installing pallets conveyors.
This type of palletizers, uses two models of robots: the Cartesian Portal robot and Cartesian compact robots.

PALLETIZER SCARA

The scara palletizer is a machine capable of high palletizing productivity on one or two bays. As performance is similar to the anthropomorphic robot for palletising.
We produce two models of SCARA robots: a heavy model and a medium model.
The height of palletizing is 2400mm for the heavy model and 1800mm for the medium model. The robot can move directly the pallets or / and an interlayer. The vertical dimension is contained, making it ideal for applications where vertical space available is reduced.
The heavy scara model, has a capacity on the wrist of 100Kg, this capacity allows the simultaneous intake of more boxes and is therefore ideal for high productivity lines.
