CONSTRUCTION OF THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTS

Apiel builds entire production department. The pictures on the page are an example of our own creation. This is the assembly department, Domuslift doors, the company IGV of Vignate, in the province of Milan. The provision included the following elements:

• Banks, with feedback, to fit the doors, roll motion of the door mounted.
• Shuttle for taking the door from the warehouse.

• Manipulator for large areas used for gripping and positioning of the door on the chassis assembly. The manipulator is used to move the glass and the door over.
• Benches for the installation of glass and packaging with stretch film.
• Transport line and storage of crates.
• Groups cargo crates.
• Truck with supports for the mounting of packing crates.

.For the realization of the production department, we provide: special benches, storage systems, handling, packing groups, transport systems.
