Apiel manufactures idler roller conveyors and driven roller conveyors, for moving: boxes, crates drums burdens. We produce curved, or with idle rollers or driven. We build straight roller conveyors, curves with tapered roller and curves made with chain translators. For special needs we can provide special conveyors.

We realize driven rollers conveyors with a very small the rollers diameter (eg. 20mm) and short pitch (eg. 22mm). For these applications, you use the tangential driven of the rollers by means of a toothed belt or flat belt. The idler roller, the side of the motorisation has the pin inserted in a buttonhole; the mantle leans on belt that puts it in rotation. This solution can also be used to create standard roller conveyors (D = 50 pitch 75) economic, with reduced loads.
