CONTINUOUS LOADING ELEVATORS

For purposes of the vertical transport, we make continuous vertical flatbed trucks. This allows a fast and safe handling of the product. The footprint is particularly contained. Allows you to merge conveyor placed on different levels. You can achieve: passages and crossings for materials and people.

Essential characteristics:

• Product Weight lifting up to 15 Kg
• Lift heights up to 4 meters
• Control with asynchronous motor or servo motor.
• Ability to handle both products in boxes, bags or cylindrical products.

RECIPROCATING ELEVATORS

This type of machine presents a valid solution for the vertical movement of low-speed lines. The machine allows handling of both products of small and large dimensions. The maximum lifting height does not have a technical limitation.

Essential characteristics:

• Lifting weight up to 80 Kg
• Lifting heights up to 10 meters.
• Maximum dimensions 1200x700x800
• Control with asynchronous motor or servo motor
• Ability to handle both products in boxes, bags or cylindrical products

The diagram opposite shows a conveyor line for boxes. The boxes arrive on the conveyor down to the left and enter in the elevator. The boxes can be raised to the upper floor or expelled on the roller conveyor at the bottom right.
