PCS SERIE CARTESIAN PALLETIZER

The PCS Cartesian palletizer presents the vertical axis protruding from the frame. That do not have mechanical parts along the perimeter of the machine is allowed complete freedom of access and positioning of conveyors. The palletizer can be made with single, double or triple pallet positions. The second and third pallet positions can be used for a second palletizing station, a warehouse to store pallets or interleaves.
In versions with an height of palletizing above 1500mm, the vertical axis can be telescopic, to reduce the vertical dimension.

Essential features:

• Suitable for installation of gripper for picking of pallet and interleaf.
• Rotation of the gripper by means of pneumatic actuator (0-90) or with an electric servomotor.

• Versions with servo motors and productivity by up to 14 pick per minute.
• Low cost versions, with induction motors and inverter, with productivity up to eight pick per minute.
• For palletizing heights, higher than 1500mm, the vertical axis may be telescopic.
• Versions with servo motors, controlled by PLC Siemens S7-300.
• Versions with inverter and induction motors controlled by PLC Omron CP1.
• Operator panel, touch screen 5.7" color.
• Frame made of tubular steel powder-coated.
• Servo motors connected to the PLC with Profibus fieldbus.
• Linear movements are made with recirculating ball-bearing linear guides./li>
• Max lifting weight 60Kg - 100Kg with gripper.
• Maximum palletizing height: 1800mm.

• Side security exit pallet, with safety light curtain and muting device.
