PALLETIZING AND ROBOT GRIPPERS
For maximum productivity and versatility of palletizing APIEL is able to provide a wide variety of grippers.
Apiel produces 4 types of grippers that we provide with our palletizers or separately. On some models have lead times of only two weeks.
Types of grippers we manufacture are:
- Grippers with one fixed and one mobile jaw.
- Grippers with two gripping jaws, self-centering.
- Vacuum gripping elements.
- Elements for the capture of an interleaf, by means of suckers.
- Grippers and gripping units for sacks.
GRIPPERS WITH A JAW FIXED
Grippers at a fixed jaw and a jaw mobile available in the following versions:
- Jaw width 400mm, 150mm jaw stroke.
- Jaw width 800mm, 200mm jaw stroke.
- Gripper with suction cups gripping interleaf.
- Gripper with suction cups for interleaf and hooks for pallet.
- Gripper with actuator for rotation 0-90 °.
This type of grippers is suitable for picking boxes, bundles and laterally rigid products. These grippers are the most economical solution for moving products.
SELFCENTERING GRIPPERS
Selfcentering pallettizing grippers available in the following versions:
- Gripper with two movable jaws, jaw width 400mm self centering.
- Gripper with two movable jaws, jaw width 800mm self centering.
- Gripper with two movable jaws, jaw width 1200mm self centering.
- Gripper with hooks for pallet.
- Gripper with suction cups gripping interleaf.
- Gripper with suction cups for interleaf and hooks for pallet.
- Gripper with actuator for rotation 0-90 °.
The selfcentering grippers are suitable for picking boxes, bundles and laterally rigid products. Their use allows to reduce the time of gripping and release; are suitable for at high speed palletisers.
GRIPPERS FOR SACKS
Grippers for sack with a load capacity up to 50 Kg
The gripping elements are divided into grippers for sacks compact and gripping elements for sacks inconsistent.
The grippers for compact sacks, making the grip on the side of the sack. They are self centering grippers, special.
The models available are:
- Gripper with gripping elements 400 mm long.
- Gripper with gripping elements 800 mm long.
- Gripper with gripping hooks for pallet.
For the inconsistent sack, we produce models with 2 fork that slips under the sack, lifting it up and took him to the discharge position.
The discharge takes place, releasing the forks under the sack.
The models available are:
- Gripper with 400mm long fork.
- Gripper with 800mm long fork.
- Gripper with gripping hooks for pallet.
VACUUM GRIPPING SYSTEM
Suction cups vacuum gripper systems with the possibility of having hooks for gripping the pallet.
It's possible to provide integrated with the gripper, an actuator for autonomous rotating 0 - 90 °.
CASE PACKERS GRIPPERS
Grippers for robots used for the filling of the boxes.
The essential features are to have composable jaws in order to be adapted easily to the size of the box. The grippers also have two side jaws to allow for containment on the 4 sides of the product, to ensure a safe entry.
The grippers have one fixed and one movable jaw. The movable jaw has adjustable stroke to fit the dimensions of the box.
It is possible to equip the gripper of an ejector to simultaneously eject and compact the product inside the box.
The models available are:
- Gripper with gripping elements 400 mm long.
- Gripper with gripping elements 600 mm long.
- Gripper with side jaws.
- Gripper with compacting ejector.
