PICK AND PLACE CARTESIAN ROBOT CD SERIE
FROM 3 TO 6 AXES
Cartesian robots CD series can be supplied in 3 sizes:
- Size with light weight with useful wrist up to 10 kg
- Mid-size with useful weight to the wrist up to 25 Kg
- Size with heavy weight with useful wrist up to 50 Kg
Cartesian robots can be supplied in the following configurations:
- Provision of only aces, no motors, no sensors and no electrical system
- Provision as in step 1 plus the support frame
- Provision as in step 1 plus the electrical panel with PLC (Siemens, Omron or Mitsubishi) or CNC operator panel touch screen 7 "color, motors, controllers and sensors
- Provision as at point 3 more software for monitoring and control
The axes can be positioned independently or can be interpolated (linearly or circularly with particular curves). The forms of interpolation complex are obtained with the use of tabs axes.
The cartesian robot CD series is shown schematically in the figure . The machine can be supplied with 3 cartesian axes and with any combination of the rotary axes . The rotations U , W, and J can be controlled by servomotors , or, if you have only two positions , it is possible to mount the pneumatic actuators.
For very long runs of the Z axis , the Z axis can be telescopic vertical to save space
The broadcasts are made with low-backlash planetary gearboxes . The motors can be Panasonic or Danaher Motion.
Robots CD series are available with belt drive or rack and pinion.
The versions with belt drives can have the X-axis motor "on the ground" or with the engine at the edge of the moving carriage along the axis X.
The feedback position is realized with the resolver or encoder of the motor. For applications where high accuracy is required in the repetition of the positioning, the feedback position can be realized with optical lines.
The robot can also be supplied with asynchronous motors and inverters, in applications with low performance and reduced positioning accuracy.
