CARTESIAN ROBOTS MADE WITH LINEAR MODULES

Apiel produces a series of linear modules that properly assembled achieve complete cartesian robots. We can supply from the individual linear modules to robots complete of electrical equipment and software.

Linear module with motor and gearbox group.
LINEAR MODULE ML-XM

Linear module with high rigidity, inside which is installed a size 15 linear guide. The cursor runs on the rail driven by a pair of recirculating ball carriages. The linear form is completely closed: from the module exits the carriage plate. A cup seal closes the transmission module. The module also contains the two end-of-travel sensors and one for homeing the axis. The gear motor is installed at one end of the modules. The module allows the mounting of a wide range of gearboxes, simply by changing one adapter flange. Through a hollow shaft and a flexible coupling, the motion can be transmitted to a twin module.

LINEAR MODULE ML-XT

Linear module of the twin-module ML XM is used coupled to the latter. Through a transmission shaft and a pair of elastic joints takes the motion from the module ML-XM. The module is free of sensors.

LINEAR MODULE ML-YM

The module has a high flexural and torsional rigidity . The motor is installed at the end of the module. The trolley runs on a pair of rails size 15 by means of two pairs of carriages. Inside the module are the proximity sensors and limit switches to zero. The carriage plate is fixed to two plates that protrude from the module. Each of the two plates is narrow by a pair of lips seals that completely close the module .

LINEAR MODULE ML-ZM

Linear module with central carriage equipped with motorization. The carriage is equipped with a pair of size 20 recirculating ball-bearing runner block. The module has a unique linear guide linear closed within protections. The module is closed by the toothed belt used for the transmission. Inside the module is inserted proximity sensors and limit switches to zero.

LINEAR MODULE ML-ZMT

Telescopic linear module. The module uses a linear rail size 20 and one size 15. The motor is installed on the trolley fastening. The module is constituted by a pair of tubes contained one into the other one. The gripping element is fixed to the end of the inner tube.
