AUTOMATIC LOADING UNLOADING SYSTEMS


Apiel Automation produces two types of loading and unloading systems: chargers devices and robots. Chargers (left photo) are elements that store a large number of items to be put into production. Through electro-pneumatic system, the pieces from the magazine are placed on the machine that they must work. Charger devices are designed for each specific application.

Robots provide a more evolved islands machining. Apiel Automation realizes Cartesian robots to create islands and servo processing.
To complement of the robots are built warehouses pieces, handling systems and also washing machines.

The machine tools that you can automacaly load are lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, transfer.

Thanks to Apiel Automation automatic loading systems you can achieve a high degree of automation of production.



The next two photos depict a robot loading and unloading. The robot performs the gripping and repositioning of parts to a standard container.
The parameters of working can be set on the operator panel.

Depending on the type of position that must be realized, for the control of the motor motion, Omron PLC or control board are used.




The figure opposite, is the application of a Cartesian 4-axis robot to create a loading system for a machine for working sheet metal. The robot performs the depalletisation of packs of sheets resting on a wooden pallet. Pallets handling, made with conveyors and chain conveyors, is fully automatic. A gripper installed on the robot, performs the grip of the packs of plates for subsequent placement inside the machine tool. The packs of plates are stacked with spacers, the latter are removed with suction cups present on the gripper.
